80 Billion more

What? 800 Billion didn't fix the problem. OK well then we will throw more money at it. Here is 80 billion more. Take that...... Keep throwing money at the problem in hopes that it will go away. No matter that the strategy has failed for 10 years. Just keep right on doing it.
