"The report noted that food-borne illnesses are becoming more common in the United States for several reasons, including an increasingly complex and global food system"
Another ward we have no control over the filthy contaminated food sent from China (and every other 3rd world country) with no safety standards. But since it is so cheap (because there are no standards) it is flooding into our country at an alarming rate.
Time for new laws and stricter enforcement. Better yet they should ban all the imports. Or at least put country of origin labeling so we know where the filth (we are being asked to ingest) comes from.
