The courts say the FCC can't regulate Broadband.
Know what that means?
It means when Comcast decides to make Amazon.com really really slow on your network because Walmart is paying Comcast to do it that it is completely legal. There is nothing you can do about it.
Isn't deregulation awesome. Don't you just love it.
Who needs to act to correct this? Congress...... They need to pass the appropriate legislation to give the FCC the power to make it fair.
Will they? Of course not....... Enjoy your slow broadband....suckers!
