Other economists, like Columbia University's Sachs, say multinational corporations have no choice, especially now that the quality of the global work force has improved. Ask Boeing about the quality of the global workforce. They will tell you all about it. That quality is costing them 12 BILLION Dollars and counting. Jackazzes.
