The way it is suppose to work is if you have an issue (someone has harmed you) then you go to court and the court decides whether there is a case or not. That is why courts exist. They exist to hear cases and make judgements.
The politicians want to take that away from you. You won’t get your day in court. It will be pre decided that you can go f*ck yourself. If you are harmed that is too f*cken bad. Good luck.
But what is this really about??? How many truly frivolous lawsuits are there? Really this has nothing to do with your family doctor. This has to do with Big Corporate Business (as always).
Corporate America wants to be able to harm you and then walk away Scott free. They have been harming you for years anyway (See below) but many times it costs them. Now they want to be able to harm you with no repercussions at all. The politicians (Republicans and Democrats) are ready to do what they do best. Protect Big business.
