Coal Ash in the River....One of the benefits of "Clean Coal"

More of that “Clean Coal” everyone loves so much. 

What could be better to dump into the local river then 82,000 tons of Lead, Arsenic, Mercury and Radioactive Uranium. 

Sounds like a recipe for success.
