Sears lost 1 Billion.....Congrats.

Sears just reported losing 1 Billion Dollars in the last 6 months.  That is stellar.  They must be so proud.

This is their 9^th consecutive quarterly loss.  The 30 consecutive month of declining sales.  No matter how sparkling the store displays (of Made in China merchandise) unemployed Americans are not buying any of it. 

Don’t despair though….I am sure next quarter Sears will turn the corner and prosperity will rain down.  Those unemployed Americans are just itching to bust through the front door and start spending.  Definitely don’t change the strategy.  Don’t lose faith that unemployed Americans are the best consumers.  Just stay the course.

Sears failed miserably. 

Walmart failed miserably. 

Amazon.com failed miserably. 

Target failed miserably.   

Staples failed miserably.

Lowes failed miserably.

I could go on and on but you get the idea.  Made in China = Nobody is buying.  Not in the store.  Not online.  Not anywhere. 

On the bright side Obama said the economy is getting better….so there is always that.
