Future Of NASA....Back to the Moon....Again.

After it was announced the Space Shuttle would be retired (back in 2004) then President Bush set the goal of returning astronauts to the moon.

In 2011 President Obama tossed those plans into the garbage can.

We have been to the moon 7 times…..he said There is nothing more to learn there. Spoken like a true idiot.

We have been on the Earth for 5000 years and still don’t know everything about it. But 7 times to the moon and there is no reason to ever return.

Obama thought the US space program could inspire millions of kids by doing nothing. Day after day just sit there and do nothing. Let private companies take over. Elon Musk will tell you all about how he is going to put colonies on the mars. But to date the private companies…..And NASA..... have all had no success getting astronauts into orbit.

Now today Trump is back to the US going back to the Moon. Round and round we go.

We should go back to the moon. And we should go to Mars. But it has been 13 years and NOBODY (in the United States) can get astronauts into space. We should put all the other goals on hold and just get an astronaut from the launch pad…… into orbit. That is it. Just do that first and then we can go to the moon and Mars.

It is just real silly that we can’t do the very basics and every 8 years the president changes the directives……..We are getting really good at getting nothing accomplished.
