New F-15's Because the F-35 Still Sucks........

The entire point of the F-35 was that it was supposed to replace every other plane in the US military.

Because the F-35 was supposed to do everything the military only needed to buy the F-35. Only buying F-35’s was going to save lots and lots of money.Well the saving money part never happened.

The F-35 is the most expensive weapons system in world history. It gets more expensive every day.

Because the F-35 tries to do everything…….. the result of that is it does nothing well.

NOTHING.........It is so bad at doing anything that the air force has now been forced to go back and buy more F-15 fighters. The F-35 was supposed to replace the F-15.

And the F-16. And the F-18.

And the A-10. And the Harrier.But the F-35 is so slow (only has one engine) and so un-maneuverable. (Couldn’t outrun your kid on a tricycle.) And because it holds so few weapons (all the weapons need to be inside the plane to keep it stealth). And because its range is very limited. Can't hold much fuel............That now they have gone back to buying additional F-15’s. First time since 2001.

The F-15 is very fast and holds lots and lots and lots of weapons. You can hang additional fuel tanks under the wings and extend its range. Can't do that with the F-35.The experts now say the F-15 will work alongside the F-35. Oooooooooohhhhhhh................Huh? So the F-35 will be slow and invisible. The F-15 will be fast and loaded with weapons but very visible. On radar you will see one plane but not the other. Somehow this is supposed to make sense. Even though it makes no sense at all.

Since we are now 20 years (and hundreds of billions of dollars) into the F-35 debacle there is no way to end the insanity. They will just keep pissing money down the hole.Incredible sums of money for a plane that can do nothing well.
