Are people enthusiastic about Joe Biden? NO!
The guy is hiding in his basement and doesn't know what day it is. Joe Biden is irrelevant.
Are Trump supporters enthusiastic about Trump? Yes.
Are Trump haters enthusiastic about hating Trump? Yes.
So it will come down to which side is most enthusiastic about their cause.
It is not often that people are only enthusiastic to be against something. But that is the current situation.
