Then he took on Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Beyonce, Jay Z, Lebron James.

He did all that while getting no help from the Republican establishment. The Republican apparatus boycotted his convention. They withheld their support.

Yet he still won anyway.
