In this case it is Yevgeniy Nikulin and he hacked linked in and drop box.

An actual person who did an actual thing.

At first it was Russia "hacked" the election.

After there was zero proof of that "hacked" morphed into "meddled"

Russia "meddled" in the US election. Yeah that is what they did.

They changed it and you didn't even notice.
