2013 - Barack Obama is president and Detroit is the largest US city to file bankruptcy. Detroit unemployment was 22%. They were about to start drinking lead filled river water.

2018 - Donald Trump is president and Detroit is coming back strong. Unemployment is now 8%.

US car companies are moving factories back. Companies are investing money in existing factories.

Ford just announced they will refurbish the iconic Detroit train station, which has been a dilapidated eye sore for decades. They will make it into a thriving technology center. That's right.... a technology center in Detroit. Not china....not Singapore. Not Bangalore. Detroit!!!!
