Trump VS The Generals and Intelligence Community.....

 Calling out the Military Industrial Complex.

Good for Trump.

Eisenhower warned the country about this problem in 1960.  Nobody listened.

If the last 19 years of never-ending war has not convinced you that Eisenhower was correct, then you haven't been paying attention.

Why are we still in Afghanistan?

Bin Laden was killed in 2011.  Why are we still there in 2020?

Is it because the United States Military cannot defeat the Taliban?  Is that why?

Is it because the Taliban's Air Force is so advanced, we can't compete with it?  

Is their NAVY so incredible that they cannot be defeated?  

Are all their satellites in space (and all their advanced technology) so incredible that the United States Military cannot defeat them.......

Not in 2001, or 2002, or 2003, or 2004, or 2005, or 2006, or 2007, or 2008, or 2009, or 2010, or 2011, or 2012, or 2013, or 2014, or 2015, or 2016, or 2017, or 1018, or 2019, or 2020.

The reality is if the United States military had the goal to defeat the Taliban that would have been done by November 2001.  

But that was never the goal.  

The goal is endless war.  The military has been completely successful achieving that goal.

Is it a coincidence that there is a global Opioid epidemic and 90% of the poppies (that make opioids) comes from Afghanistan?  Do you think that is a coincidence?

Under the Taliban Poppy production was halted, but since the US Military showed up it has exploded.  

Heroin is BIG money. The CIA is well aware of this fact. 

So when Trump says we are pulling troops out and the Generals (and the Intelligence community) SCREAMs No way.....We can't possibly leave after 19 years.  You should ask yourself what is really going on over there.  It is not hard to figure it out.

If the US Miliarys goal is to keep Americans safe.........And Opioid Overdoses kill 65,000 Americans a year..........and the Opium ingredients are coming from Afghanistan (where the US Military has allowed it to happen)................Then the Military has failed at its core duty.

So let the Generals yell and scream.  The more they scream the more we all understand Trump is right.
