Obama...drill baby drill - I mean Never mind

Last April Obama was all about Drilling offshore. Drill baby drill. Then BP came along and kicked him in the balls. Now suddenly he has changed his tune. He has banned offshore drilling for 7 years (or at least until he is out of office)
"The changes we're making are based on the lessons we have learned," Lessons he learned again and again. Drilling was banned initially because of spills. Obama needed to learn those lessons a second time because he is slow.
