People fear a catastrophic crash because everyone knows our economy is built on a fraud. The stock market is completely removed from reality. The reality of unemployment. The reality that we gave it all away. Eventually that is going to catch up with the moron speculators who are artificially driving the market higher. When that happens down it will all come. Until then everyone can enjoy the fantasy.
