Oil Shipping Rail Regulations......

Thursday April 24 – The NY Times reports on the slow pace the US is taking to regulate safer oil transport on the rail.  Canada got it done but the US is dragging it’s feet.

Wed April 30^th – Rail car carrying oil derails and explodes in Virginia.  Everybody questions where are the regulations???????  They obviously didn’t read the NY Times.
