More A380 Uncontained Engine Failures.....

Uncontained engine failure on an A380 with 520 people on board.

This is not the first time this has occurred on an A380.  

I was posting about uncontained Engine failures on A380's back in 2010.  Back then they grounded the entire fleet of A380's as they tried to figure it out.  They said it should never happen and is a rare occurrence but here we are 7 years later and it is still happening.
