More sanctions on Russia?

How can that be?

I thought Putin controls Trump like a puppeteer controls a puppet?

I thought trump could never (and would never) do anything against Russia because Russia owns trump.

Russia has nudie pictures of trump and trump must obey his masters in Moscow or else.

Yet here trump is putting more sanctions (3rd time) on Russia.

Very confusing.
