Obama Screws State of CT

Dodd puts 100 Million Dollars in a spending bill for the Uconn Medical Center. Obama takes the money and gives it to Ohio instead. F*ck CT.
Ohio is an important state in the upcoming presidential elections. CT votes democratic no matter how poorly Obama treats the state.
Dodd is retiring so Obama owes him nothing. Lieberman endorsed John McCain (in 08) so Obama could care less about screwing him.
So Obama sends the money where it will hopefully help him in two years. Kick CT in the azz. In the end they will still vote for Obama.
Not even a concern.
