Looks like their Indian programmers have screwed up AGAIN! Shocking I know.

Microsoft's comment: "We are investigating reports related to the Windows Phone update process and will provide additional information and guidance as it becomes available."

(Translation - our programmers in India are currently sleeping but as soon as they wake up we will be sure to ask them what the h*ll they did here. We would ask programmers in America but unfortunately we laid them all off to save money. All that is left is row after row of empty cubicles. Our India strategy has been a great success as you can clearly see.)
