Rewarding failure by Johnson and Johnson.....‏

http://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory?id=13000229

In 2010, J&J's stock fell 4 percent

In its last quarter the company reported a 12 percent drop in profit,

Sales of the company's over-the-counter medicines fell more than 19 percent for the full year.

the company cut Weldon's annual bonus 45 percent to $1.97 million from $3.6 million in 2009. Oooooooh so harsh.

That will teach him. I wish I got a 1.97 Million dollar bonus for f*cking up everything I touch for an entire year.

Recall.... after recall......after recall...... after recall...... No consequences.

I would have told him to pack up his desk and get the f*ck out. But not corporate America.

For 2009, Weldon received total compensation of $25.6 million, which includes stock options, bonuses and other perks. Must be nice!
