Freedom to protest....Except at the Court.
The Supreme Court says restricting anti abortion protestors
to 35 feet is unconstitutional.
The founding fathers were very specific that they wanted
protestors to be able to harass innocent people up close and personal.
Yelling at an innocent person from 35 feet away restricts a
person s rights to full harassment. The
Supreme court will not stand for it.
Of course if you want to protest the supreme court you can just
forget about it. Not going to
happen. Your freedoms end at the steps
of the Court.
If you want to run up to an innocent girl, get right in her
face, and scream and yell…..You go right ahead. You are protected by the US Constitution. The Supreme Court has your back. Harass away.
But if you want to run up to Chief Justice Roberts and
scream in his face…..At his work place…….Um yeah not legal. I mean you can do it. But you will be thrown to the ground by 12
officers, while being tasered for good measure. Don’t worry about not being able to rub your eyes (because you
will be handcuffed) either, because the sting of the pepper spray is only
temporary.
Enjoy your freedoms.
