Copper Theft in NYC Subway.....

“The theft of at least 500 feet of cables, which power the subway’s electrified third rail and signal systems, threw a wrench into everyday operations of the subway system.”

How the hell do you steal 500 feet of electrified cable without anyone noticing and without killing yourself. This is clearly an inside job. The average person is not walking off the street and pulling that off.
