Women Still Getting Obese.....

Women are still not reading my posts.
They are still consuming High Fructose Corn syrup and they are still getting fat.
The experts are perplexed. Is it genetics? No...No it is not. It is just High Fructose Corn Syrup.
This is not hard.
If you don't want to be fat than don't eat High Fructose Corn Syrup. Not complicated at all.
Here we can do this together.
Ready.......
Go to your cabinet. Pull out the salad dressing. Flip it over. Read the label. Does it say High Fructose Corn Syrup? If it does than throw it in the trash.
Pull out the barbecue sauce. Flip it over. Read the label. Does it say High Fructose Corn Syrup? If it does throw it in the trash.
Pull out the loaf of bread. Flip it over. Read the label. Does it say High Fructose Corn Syrup? If it does throw it in the trash.
Pull out the soda. You don't need to flip it over. Just throw it in the trash.
Pull out the cookies. Flip them over. Read the label. Does it say High Fructose Corn Syrup? If it does than throw it in the trash.
See how easy this is? You look thinner already.
Keep going. Don't stop. Read the label on every food item you consume. If any of them say High Fructose Corn Syrup than do no put them in your mouth. Ever!
Now when you are done not eating all that High Fructose Corn Syrup you will need a new smaller bathing suit.
