Asiana Crash...Blame the Pilots as Always.

The final report on the Asiana crash blames the pilots who were “over reliant” on automation for the cause of the crash.
In the old days pilots controlled everything. When they made mistakes (and planes crashed) the pilots were blamed.
So over the years they added lots of automation so pilots couldn’t make mistakes, and planes couldn’t crash.
Regardless planes still crash and pilots are still blamed. Now they are blamed for being over reliant on the automation. The automation exists so pilots have less to worry about, and less to screw up. But when the screw ups happen (in spite of the automation) the pilots are still blamed nonetheless.
So no matter what the pilots are getting blamed even though there is evidence that Boeing should have some blame too.
