Trumps 5% Tariffs are not enough.....

5% is not enough.

Needs to be 30% or more.

5% is just a tax on consumers.

So Trump drops business taxes from 35% to 15% and then offsets that by raising consumer taxes.

That will not fix the problem.

The tariffs need to be high enough that people stop buying the product.

When the products remains on the store shelves (collecting dust) that is when corporate executives huddle in conference rooms trying to find a solution.

The solution is to make the product in America to avoid the tariff. That is success.

Trump got elected promising tariffs and he needs to deliver. This is a start but not good enough. Try again Donald.
