Indian Healthcare Exploitation

http://www.forbes.com/sites/greatspeculations/2012/03/21/ge-healthcares-india-center-is-a-model-of-its-emerging-markets-strategy/

When the head of GE isn't pretending to create jobs in the USA he is actually creating jobs in India. India is cheap with lots of desperate people to exploit.

http://openchannel.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/03/04/10562883-in-india-oversight-lacking-in-outsourced-drug-trials

Here MSNBC exposes why it is so cheap and easy to exploit people in India.

It is good for corporate America. Bad for Indians. Bad for Americans.

India Not Being Helpful

The world is trying to avoid another war in the Middle East. The only way to avoid another war is for Iran to give up their nuclear program. To do that Iran has to realize the negative of sanctions outweigh the positive of a nuclear program. That can only happen if the sanctions are being enforced. Our good buddy’s in India aren’t allowing that to happen when they circumvent the efforts.

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304636404577297150722980994.html?mod=googlenews_wsj

So when a war happens you will know who to blame. The US should place sanctions on India. They used to have sanctions for their illegal nuclear program. Those sanctions were discarded after 9/11 when the US needed Pakistan to cooperate. Pakistan and India are enemies and both had sanctions for illegal Nuclear programs. To not create a problem all sanctions were removed from both coutries. Pakistan went on to hide Bin Laden. India has gone on to help Iran survive sanctions.

They should reintroduce the pre 9/11 sanctions and cut off all trade with India until they get in line. All H1B Visa holders should be given 72 hours to leave the United States. All trade with India should be frozen. Watch how fast they change their tune.

Keystone

http://pslweb.org/liberationnews/news/obama-administration-stops.html

January 26 2012 Obama kills the Keystone pipeline to appease environmentalists. He said there wasn’t enough time to review environmental concerns along the pipeline route.

http://www.globaltvedmonton.com/updated+obama+putting+oil+pipeline+on+fast+track/6442605779/story.html

March 22 2012 Obama approves a big section of the same Keystone pipeline. Not only does he approve it but he is ordering it to be expedited. Do it as quickly as you can. Don’t worry about the environment. Sure two months ago there wasn’t enough time to review it but who cares…. Just give the oil industry exactly what they want and do it quickly. I am sure there are plenty of election contributions in it for Obama. You can bet your azz as soon as he wins reelection the entire pipeline will be approved in short order.

Obama LOVES the oil industry and the industry loves Obama.

Wink, Wink to the Republicans.

Stand your ground...‏

http://www.cnn.com/2012/03/20/us/florida-teen-shooting-law/index.html

Having guns makes everyone safer……

A neighborhood watch volunteer, George Zimmerman, has claimed self-defense in the February 26 shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was killed while walking back to the house of his father's fiancee after a trip to a convenience store. (He was armed with a bag of Skittles)

Florida's "stand your ground" law appears to be central to the case.

The law allows people to use deadly force away from their homes -- where such force has long been allowed -- if they have reasonable fear an assailant could seriously harm them or someone else.

It also eliminates a longstanding "duty to retreat" in the face of imminent harm, asserting that would-be crime victims have the right to "stand their ground" and "meet force with force" when attacked as long as they are in a place they have a right to be, are not engaged in unlawful activity and believe that their life and safety was in danger. (Skittles are dangerous. They have HFCS in them.)

Since its enactment, it has been frequently cited in cases ranging from a 2006 incident in which a man sprayed a vehicle carrying a known gang member with 14 bullets to the 2011 case of a man who was cleared under "stand your ground" after stabbing a man in the head with an ice pick during a road rage incident.

The number of justifiable homicides reported in the state has skyrocketed since the law went into effect.

"This is the NRA's vision of America: People carrying loaded guns on the street, shooting first and asking questions later," said Daniel Vice, senior attorney for the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.

The NRA did not immediately respond to a telephone message left with its public affairs office seeking comment.

the issue isn't self-defense. "The question is whether you can provoke confrontation and then shoot to kill,"

The family's attorney, Benjamin Crump, calls the self-defense claim preposterous.
"You can't go pick a fight with somebody and then say, 'Oh, self-defense,' when I shoot you," he said.

"In its most egregious forms, it appears to be giving criminal immunity,"

Tainted Dog Treats from China.‏

http://www.philly.com/philly/blogs/pets/142921455.html

Don’t buy Chicken Jerky Dog Treats from Communist Red China. We used to buy these all the time until the 2007 out break of contaminated Dog food from China. Then I realized the treats were also made there so we stopped buying them. Five years later we still don’t buy them and they are still contaminated. If you have a dog you should leave these on the store shelf to collect dust.

Made in China = Contaminated. Consume it at your own risk.

These are made in America. http://www.konaschips.com/

US NAVY Railgun

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57387502/navy-close-on-making-super-powerful-railgun/

A super-powerful gun that shoots rounds more than 100 miles away — at several times the speed of sound

It consists of parallel rails and uses a magnetic field and electric current, instead of chemicals, to generate energy to fire the rounds

At this stage, they're focused on measuring the gun's barrel life and structural integrity because it is capable of firing rounds at up to 5,600 miles per hour, or more than seven times the speed of sound.

The Navy wants to be able to fire 10 rounds a minute.

working to ensure that the roughly 40-pound metal projectile the gun will ultimately fire can withstand the heat and G-forces from the launch and will not disintegrate.

Navy researchers said the weapon's high-velocity and range would allow ships to provide support for Marines storming a beach. It could also target enemy ships and provide self-defense against cruise and ballistic missiles. (Protect against the Chinese trying to sink US Carriers in the pacific)

Navy railgun with 220 mile range closer to reality

Currently 5-inch guns on destroyers have a range of about 15 miles.

the gun can fire at such high speeds, it wouldn't necessarily have to shoot an explosive to inflict damage

Israel Setting The Table For War....Get Ready

http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5iBR-VgUMicrDiBKTEdeI5oQK61Mw?docId=b2ad00d7c8d0451fa4eef325fa20b419

A month ago I didn’t think this would be the case but seeing the events of the last few days I am changing my opinion. I think Israel is going to attack.

Obama doesn’t get along with Israeli prime minister Netanyahu. He has been accused of not supporting Israel.

Obama doesn’t want any distractions before the November election. Especially another war. Israel knows they will need the US to help with any attack on Iran.

If Israel waits till Obama wins the reelection it will be 4 more years of Obama not being 100% compliant with Israel’s wishes. Israel can’t take that chance. So they will need to attack before the November election to ensure Obama is helpful.

Israel has a very powerful lobby in the USA. That is why the Republicans are bending over backwards to be supportive.

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/n/a/2012/03/06/national/w061314S31.DTL

If Obama doesn’t want to lose the Israel vote he needs to pretend to be helpful. If Israel attacks before the Election and Obama sits on his hands it will not look good. So if Israel attacks before the election Obama will be forced to get involved. Israel knows this. Obama knows this. The Republicans know this.

So expect an Israeli attack before November. Expect to USA to jump in right after the fighting begins. It will be a complete air war. No troops. Much like Serbia in 1999. Like Libya last year. Except Iran is a lot more complicated then any of those places and success is not guaranteed. Once the fighting happens gas will shoot up over 5 bucks and maybe higher. It will be complete chaios for many weeks especially if it snowballs into a regional conflict.

You have been warned.

Saints Play Dirty‏

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7638603/new-orleans-saints-defense-had-bounty-program-nfl-says

They ought to strip the Saints of their 2009 Superbowl and Sean Peyton should be fined 500 grand. Then they should strip them of future draft picks. There is no place for this in the NFL.

Between 22 and 27 defensive players on the New Orleans Saints, as well as defensive coordinator Gregg Williams, maintained a "bounty" program funded primarily by players in violation of NFL rules during the 2009, 2010 and 2011 seasons, the NFL announced Friday.

an improper "pay for performance" program included "bounty" payments to players for inflicting injuries on opposing players that would result in them being removed from a game.

the amounts pledged were both significant and directed against a specific opposing player

the program also included "bounty" payments for "cart-offs," meaning that the opposing player was carried off the field, and "knockouts," meaning that the opposing player was not able to return.

The investigation showed that the total amount of funds in the pool may have reached $50,000 or more at its height during the 2009 (When they won the Superbowl) playoffs. The program paid players $1,500 for a "knockout" and $1,000 for a "cart-off," with payouts doubling or tripling during the playoffs.

"The payments here are particularly troubling because they involved not just payments for 'performance,' but also for injuring opposing players," Goodell said. "The bounty rule promotes two key elements of NFL football: player safety and competitive integrity."

The NFL has a longstanding rule prohibiting "non-contract bonuses," and they violate both the league constitution and bylaws and the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the players' union.

AIG Paying no taxes‏

First they take 182 BILLION in tax payer provided bail out money. Then they hand their failed executives millions in Bonuses. Now they are exempt from paying BILLIONS more in taxes for the next decade. Another wards another bailout.

And everyone wonders why the government has no money.

Apple Worth More Then Poland‏

http://money.cnn.com/2012/02/29/technology/apple_market_cap/

Apple's stock market value topped the $500 billion mark in pre-market trading Wednesday, another record high for what was already the world's most valuable company.

puts Apple in some extremely exclusive territory, making it one of the five most-valuable companies at any point in history.

Exxon did it most recently in late 2007, when oil prices were soaring. (That was based on a fraud)

Microsoft, Cisco and GE reached half a trillion dollars in market capitalization in 1999 during the height of the tech bubble. (That was make believe)

Microsoft was the only company ever to have a valuation of $600 billion. Its market cap now sits about $267 billion. (Try not to laugh)

Apple's valuation is now higher than the gross domestic product of Poland, Belgium, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, or Taiwan

Apple is still one of the fastest growing technology companies. The company reported in January that its sales grew 73% last year. It also posted the second-most profitable quarter in history for a U.S. company.

It was only a month ago that Apple's market valuation rose to $400 billion for the first time
Despite Apple's stunning rise in share price, the company's stock gains haven't even kept pace with its earnings. That means Apple's shares are relatively cheap.

This year, Apple is on pace to become the biggest technology company in the world, measured by revenue, outpacing current global No. 1 Samsung.

That's a pretty stunning achievement for a 35-year old company that had a market cap of just $10 billion a decade ago.
