Is The Dreamliner BECOMING a Financial Nightmare?

Becoming?????Becoming???? Where have you been Time Magazine? It has been a financial nightmare since July 1997 when they rolled it out of the hanger to balloons and music and said take a look…The future of Boeing. Except it wasn’t exactly ready and will take a few more months to dot all the I’s and cross all the t’s but this thing is going to be awesome. Or so they said.
I pointed and screamed at the top of my lungs BULLSH*T!!!!!!! BULLSH*T!!!!!! This thing is going to be a f*cken disaster……. They outsoureced this thing all over the world to people who are cheap…Cheap because they have no clue what it means to build an airliner. People laughed at me and said “I think Boeing may know a little more then you do about this. I am sure it is going to be fantastic.”
But here we are 5 years later with the train wreck of an airplane that I told you we were going to have. They have customers leaping out onto emergency shoots trying to get away from this death trap. The US government says it is not safe to fly. The Japanese government says it is not safe to fly. Only the experts at Boeing (who wanted to save all that money by outsourcing) are shrugging their shoulders and insisting it is safe. Don’t worry about it…… What is a little fire at 38,000 feet. Don’t be such a baby.
Now the very thing that they were so sure to bring in the dollars (outsourcing) is the very thing that has painted them into a corner. STILL nobody is talking about the reason is outsourcing. They talk about it around the edges but nobody has the guts (besides me) to call a spade a spade.
Wait till this plane crashes and people die. Boeing thinks it is bad now. It will get worse yet…..You watch. You don’t need to watch, I will tell you all about it.

Deepening Crisis for the Dreamliner‏

The two largest Japanese airlines said Wednesday that they would ground their fleets of Boeing 787 aircraft after one operated by All Nippon Airways made an emergency landing in western Japan.
In the episode in Japan early Wednesday, the 137 passengers and crew members aboard Flight NH692 from Yamaguchi Ube Airport, in western Japan, to Tokyo used emergency slides to leave the aircraft early after battery trouble and an “unusual smell” in the cockpit prompted its pilots to land instead at Takamatsu airport, according to All Nippon. The jet’s main battery in the front of the plane was later found to have become discolored and to be seeping electrolyte fluid, All Nippon said
“I see this as a serious incident which could have led to a serious accident,” Mr. Ota said in Tokyo.
All Nippon said it would keep its Dreamliner fleet grounded Thursday, canceling 35 domestic flights and using other types of aircraft for its international routes.
The review by the U.S. aviation administration is unusual, just 15 months after the plane entered service following a lengthy certification process by the agency. That review is in addition to a formal investigation by the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board of what caused a battery fire on a Japan Airlines plane that flew to Boston from Tokyo last week.
Boeing has sought to ease concerns about the plane’s design and reliability, and has said it is no more trouble-prone than other new commercial airplane programs. (BULLSH*T)

Dell looking to go private...Try not to laugh.

Dell computers are in trouble. Nobody gives a sh*t about them because they would rather buy Ipads. Their stock is in the toilet and they have no creative people who can help make products to compete with Apple. Apple is consistently kicking their azz up and down silicon valley.
So they want to take their ball and go home. They want to stop being a publically traded company so they no longer have to make public how terrible they are always doing.
The funniest part is remembering how the tables have turned for Michael Dell. Luckily I am real good at remembering.
From 2006 (before the Iphone or Ipad were out) -http://www.nytimes.com/2006/01/16/technology/16apple.html?_r=0
on Friday afternoon, after the close of the stock market, Steven P. Jobs, the chief executive of Apple Computer, shared an e-mail chuckle with his employees at the expense of Dell, a big rival.
The message was prompted by the 12 percent surge in Apple's stock price last week, which pushed the company's market capitalization to $72.13 billion, passing Dell's value of $71.97 billion.
In 1997, shortly after Mr. Jobs returned to Apple, the company he helped start in 1976, Dell's founder and chairman, Michael S. Dell, was asked at a technology conference what might be done to fix Apple, then deeply troubled financially.
"What would I do?" Mr. Dell said to an audience of several thousand information technology managers. "I'd shut it down and give the money back to the shareholders."
On Friday, apparently savoring the moment, Mr. Jobs sent a brief e-mail message to Apple employees, which read: "Team, it turned out that Michael Dell wasn't perfect at predicting the future. Based on today's stock market close, Apple is worth more than Dell. Stocks go up and down, and things may be different tomorrow, but I thought it was worth a moment of reflection today. Steve."
Dell executives did not return calls over the weekend asking for comment on Apple's rising fortunes.
Mr. Dell appears to have softened his views on Apple recently. In June, he responded to an e-mail inquiry from Fortune.com and said that Dell would consider putting Apple's OS X operating system on its machines if Apple ever decided to sell it separately from its hardware.
From 2006 to 2013 Michael Dell still hasn’t figured out how to compete. So off he is trying to go and hide. Go hide Michael….Nobody will even know you are gone.

Coca Colas new marketing campaign‏

overall soda consumption has declined per capita by 16% since 1998.
This is not because Coke doesn’t have a good marketing campaign…… this is because no educated person wants to put High Fructose Corn Syrup in their mouth. And clearly they aren’t putting it in their mouth as much which is why Coca cola is sitting on the shelves causing this new marketing campaign.
Coke is feeling the heat. But instead of removing the HFCS and replacing it with natural sugar they would rather make TV commercials. I think that is going to fail. I still will not be buying Coke. If it contains HFCS and I am aware of it I walk right by it with my shopping cart and buy something else.

US Government opening full investigation into the Dreamliner‏

Welcome to the party US Government…Where the h*ll have you been for the last 6 years? I have only been talking about this plane non stop month after month, year after year. Not like any of what is going on today is surprising. I told everyone what was going to happen. I told everyone why it was going to happen. Then I documented it all as it happened. Now the government is FINALLY waking up from their hibernation and saying “what…huh…what is going on…maybe there is an issue over there with Boeing. Well NO SH*T Sherlock.
I am not sure what more I could have done. I bolded the text. I highlighted the texted. I made the font 17 points. I sent out the same info over and over and over,,, my lord people…… WAKE UP! Outsourcing to incompetent people around the world to save money is dangerous…… and Unamerican. Here are the results exactly as I told you they would be.
Boeing's troubled 787 Dreamliner is to face a full review of its design and manufacture by the US government after two more safety glitches were reported – makingfive incidents in five days for the model that promised to revolutionise flying.
The US transportation secretary Ray LaHood will shortly announce acomprehensive review Just read my emails….I outlined everything. of the 787's critical systems by the Federal Aviation Administration, including the design, manufacture and assembly.
Earlier, pilots on an All Nippon Airways domestic flight inJapan reported a crack developing in the cockpit windscreen before landing safely, while oil was found leaking from the engine of another of the airline's Dreamliners.
A string of problems this week has threatened toerode confidence HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH in the mould-breaking aircraft, a carbon-composite plane that is at the forefront of the aviation industry's claims for a greener, quieter future.
Boeing insists there is no cause for concern. But this week at Boston airport alone,a battery started a fire on one empty Japan Airlines 787, whileanother leaked 40 gallons of fuel on to the taxiway, delaying its takeoff. Another ANA internal Dreamliner flight was cancelled on Wednesday due to abrake-control computer glitch.
The 787 Dreamliner made its first commercial flight in late 2011, after aseries of production delays put deliveries more than three years  4 years behind schedule. By the end of last year, Boeing had sold 848 Dreamliners, and delivered 49. The 49 they delivered were late and still f*cked up.
A Boeing spokesman said: "We actively work with the FAA daily, across all of our product lines. We do not publicly comment on the nature and content of those communications. I comment on them though. Your plane sucks.
"We areabsolutely confident in the reliability and performance of the 787. Sure you are. We are working with the FAA and our customers to ensure we thoroughly understand any introductory issues I understand them….Ask me….Ask me.. that arise. While we take each issue seriously, nothing we've seen in service causes us to doubt the capabilities of the airplane."
British Airways will be operating Dreamliners later in 2013, with Virgin and Thomson also awaiting deliveries, while Qatar Airways last month became the first airline to operate regular services to and from Heathrow with the 787. The aircraft, with a list price of $217m (£134m), has attracted airlines mainly because of its leap in fuel economy, as well as a range that makes emerging destinations possible with fewer passengers. But the model's promise of 40% reduction in noise is also a key factor in winning over the opposition to expansion of airports around London.
I told you years ago if you go to the airport and see a 787 sitting outside the window run for your life. I wasn’t kidding.

Dreamliner Leaking Fuel.....

Shocking I know.
Yesterday it was on fire. Today it is leaking fuel. Enjoy your flight. Your mind should be at ease knowing how much money Boeing saved by hiring the most incompetent people they could find to build this flying disaster.
If you own Boeing stock you should sell. If you own Boeing stock you clearly don’t read my blog.

Dreamliner Caught Fire......

Ray Lewis....Not The Greatest Ever.

http://espn.go.com/blog/afcnorth/post/_/id/62536/ray-lewis-greatest-defensive-player-ever

Ray Lewis has announced he is retiring at the end of this year and the historical white washing has begun.

Just like a few months ago a bunch of idiots said Lebron James is better then Michael Jordan..... now we have more idiots proclaiming Ray Lewis is the greatest Defensive player ever. Let me set the record straight. He is not!

Ray Lewis is a great defensive player, that is true. He is one of the greatest to ever play, that is also true. He is NOT the greatest defensive player ever. He did NOT change the game.

The greatest defensive player ever was Lawrence Taylor. Lawrence changed the game. Rules changed. Game plans changed. If you don't believe me go rent the Oscar Award winning movie the Blind Side. The opening of that movie explains Taylors impact very well.

The entire idea of protecting the blind side was made relevant because of Lawrence Taylor ending Joe Theismans career. He ended his career when he came around his blind side and snapped his leg like a twig. That one play changed the NFL by itself.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7acc6qwcmQ

Lawrence Taylors first year in the NFL sacks were not even a counted statistic. His second year they were. He made the sack a glamorous statistic which today is one of the most important.

Lawrence is the ONLY defensive player in the last 41 years to win a league MVP. Every year except 1986 an offensive player has won that award. There have been only two defensives players ever to win it and Lawrence was one of them. Ray Lewis is not the other.

When Lawrence stepped on the field all 11 offensive players had to know where he was. They had one concern and that was pay attention to #56. Most of the time it still didn't matter. Coaches had to come up with new Offensive schemes because of #56. The idea of using a two tight end set to help block came about as an effort to stop Taylor. The idea of tomahawk chopping the quarterback to dislodge the ball came from Taylor.

Opposing players literally feared the man and rightly so. He was a one man wrecking crew who nobody could stop. He was an important part of two Super Bowl winning teams. If he didn't recover Roger Craig's fumble in the 1990 NFC Championship game there would never have been a wide right super bowl win.

Ray lewis has no such resume. He was a great player (for a lot of years) but no where close to the impact of Taylor. Nice try!

Lance Armstrong sending up trial balloons.

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/01/05/sports/cycling/lance-armstrong-said-to-weigh-admission-of-doping.html?_r=0

He might admit it....what does everyone think? Should I???? Lets see what the reaction is and then I will decide. What a coward.

As he sits in his home day after day staring at the wall. He can't ride his bike competatively. He can't hang around the sport. He can't run marathons. All his old friends turned on him. All his sponsors ran away. His charity kicked his azz out the door. Nobody wants anything to do with him. So now what.........Well maybe I can admit I am a complete and total fraud but first let me find out what is in it for me.

He has painted himself into a corner and he doesn't know what to do......What a snake
.

Armstrong has hopes of competing in triathlons and running events, but those competitions are often sanctioned by organizations that adhere to the World Anti-Doping Code, under which Armstrong received his lifetime ban.

According to the World Anti-Doping Code, an athlete might be eligible for a reduced punishment if he fully confesses and details how he doped, who helped him dope and how he got away with doping. But a reduced lifetime ban might decrease only to eight years or four, at best, antidoping experts said.

Al Gore sells out to Al Jazeera.‏

Al Jazeera….The terrorist loving network in the Middle East is now getting a open doorway into the United States market place thanks to our old friend Al Gore.  Al is running off with $100,000,000.00 to allow their American hatred to be broadcast here.  Isn’t Al great.

With a focus on U.S. news, it plans to rebrand the left-leaning news network that co-founder Al Gore couldn't make relevant.
The former vice president confirmed the sale Wednesday, saying in a statement that Al-Jazeera shared Current TV's mission "to give voice to those who are not typically heard Like terrorists.
The acquisition lifts Al-Jazeera's reach beyond a few large U.S. metropolitan areas including New York and Washington, where about 4.7 million homes can now watch Al Jazeera English.
Al-Jazeera, owned by the government o.f Qatar, plans to gradually transform Current into a new channel called Al-Jazeera America by adding five to 10 new U.S. bureaus beyond the five it has now and hiring more journalists.
Al-Jazeera has long struggled to get carriage in the U.S., and the deal suffered an immediate casualty as Time Warner Cable, the nation's second-largest cable TV operator, announced it would drop Current TV due to the deal.  Good!
"Our agreement with Current has been terminated and we will no longer be carrying the service. We are removing the service as quickly as possible," the company said in a statement.
Previous to Al-Jazeera's purchase, Current TV was in 60 million homes. It is carried by Comcast Corp., which owned less than a 10% stake in Current TV, as well as DirecTV. Neither company announced plans to drop the channel

Breaking News...It is Fructose......

In case you didn't believe it 3 years ago when I told you the entire country was fat because of High Fructose Corn Syrup. In case you didn't believe me 2 years ago when I told you again. Or the 700 times I have told you in between well now the American Medical Association is backing up what you should already know. The news is acting like this is somehow new news. They are acting like maybe people don't know this. Most people probably don't know. But everyone who reads my blog knows because I have said it over and over and over and over. Now the scientists have caught up to my vast knowledge and NBC News is reporting it as their important news of the day. So in case you didn't believe me maybe you will believe them and their science.
Next time you are walking in the mall and you realize that everyone walking towards you is a giagantic fat azz you will know why that is. When you are at work tomorrow and someone says "Hey did you see the news yesterday... Everyone is fat because of Fructose".....You can look them in the eye and say "Yeah I knew that like 3 years ago". Because you did.

You're welcome!
